katniss everdeen is one of the most maternal, caring characters in the world. the only reason she didn’t want kids is because she thought she would be bringing them into a world where they could be reaped and slaughtered. with a future where that wasn’t gonna happen anymore.. s h o c k i n g she changed her mind.
and her and peeta were the only ones who knew what each other went through and developed an extremely deep bond that nothing or nobody could compare to. they were still gonna be fucked up beyond repair after everything they been through, but they were each other’s dandelions u feel.
