I’d like to add PTSD coach. It’s available on the App Store for free.
PTSD coach works by asking you how you are feeling (sad, triggered, angry, etc.) then it suggests appropriate activities. It has guided imagery, progressive muscle relaxation and more. This app has helped me tremendously. Also, there is a test that you can take to keep track of your symptoms. This feature was helpful to my therapist. I can’t say enough good things about this app. Check it out!
