Here’s another headcanon of mine about our favorite team leaders. When they were a child, Blanche had a lot of difficulty with people because they were non-binary and other didn’t understand. 
Then came The Great and Powerful Meme Lord Spark. Even now, Spark doesn’t know a thing about gender non binary, gender’s spectrum or else. But only by instinct, he felt that Blanche wasn’t a girl or a boy and he naturally adapted without questioning.
