Summer cons are here. Take care of yourself and others! Drink plenty of water and juice to stay hydrated, along with eating juicy fruits and vegetables like watermelon and cucumbers. Stay cool!

DO NOT FORGET TO EAT! I know food can be expensive/staining/inconvenient, but eating food helps your body absorb water. Also, make sure you’re getting your electrolytes if you’re sweating a lot- Gatorade, pickles, pretzels, something salty. Salt does dehydrate, but sweating gets rid of a lot of salt and your body kind of needs that.
